A picture on the front of the door to the 45'ths/resistance base

As you approach the 45'ths or the resistance base, you see a picture that has clear typed writing on a thick sheet of very clean paper. It has a large picture of Symbol, a big circle, and what looks to be a triangle-ish shape. (The lambada symbol) Its writing-

Their is something about this paper...something like a feeling, a feeling nobody has felt in a very long time.
