Correct usage of global OOC

Do you feel excluded because everyone's cracking inside jokes you don't get in the OOC chat? Follow these simple rules and you'll fit right the hell in.

1. Caps lock makes everything funny.
2. Caps lock makes everything sarcastic.
3. Abusing people for no reason is smiled upon.
4. Abusing admins for no reason is smiled upon.
5. The OOC limit on this lovely server is small, so spam if you want to get a point across.
6. OOC silence should be avoided like the plague. If it's been a while since someone's said something, just say whatever the fuck you want.
7. If someone tries to start a conversation over OOC, just say whatever the fuck you want.
8. Every ten minutes someone should call out "Dat ratio."
9. Every ten minutes someone should ask for rations.
10. Every ten minutes someone should post a random excerpt from the logs.
11. If something goes wrong, it's Mystic's fault.
12. If something goes wrong, and the person who caused the problem admits to it, it's Mystic's fault.
13. Someone should complain every time Mystic does something wrong.
14. Ponies are not are choice. They are a rule.
15. Nothing Magenta says over global should be taken into account for anything.
16. Nothing Postal says over global should be taking into account for anything.
17. If someone asks how to become a part of CP, the answer is ALWAYS ///votecop.

ADMIN SPECIFIC RULES:
1. Whenever a new player joins, you call out "not it".
2. Threaten to ban anyone who questions you.
3. Threaten to ban anyone who says something stupid.
4. Threaten to ban anyone who follows any of the rules above.
