OTA Faction.

I think that there should be an OTA faction implemented into the roleplay, for more enforcement reasons.
I also feel that if implemented, the apps would have to be more strict, seeing as how they are stronger, without emotion, and have the ability to wield more weapons, such as pulse rifles.

There is an OTA Faction and you have you apply ICly to the Sectorial or CA(I think) to see if you can become one.
