Roll Bonuses And IC Things!
Hello, I am Burningfox6, the Owner of this lovely Server. Many events have happened, some which I regret, and some which really angers me to the point of demotion (Don't blame it on Mystic, or I'll take away your cookies, Swaggot.).
Now we need to enforce the IC rule. If you're fighting in plaza, the CP have a huge Bonus roll, due to IC CPs all over the Plaza. The missing ten is to have a little luck, say, a crowd of Citizens come and block the CPs. ICly the plaza is filled with Citizens, too, and a couple of Vortigaunts and CWU.
Now, this is also a "Play to Lose" Server. So, if someone is behind you and strikes you, you don't roll, he's going to hit you. But, face-to-face, and have a chance, you roll. So, an RCT vs. SeC, the SeC would win. Just like a SeC would win against a Citizen.
Roll Bonuses:
Citizen:
-5 Roll, malnourished and weak.
No Minus Roll, when fighting against a fellow Citizen.
CWU:
+2 Roll against Citizen.
RCT-05:
-90 Roll against SeC.
-10 Roll against 02-DvL.
No plus or minus roll. (They're in a RCT (Or 05) Suit, other than that, they're just a Citizen.)
+30 Roll when fighting in Plaza. (IC Units Everywhere!)
04-03:
-80 Roll against SeC.
-5 Roll against 02+.
+3 Roll Bonus.
+60 Roll when fighting in Plaza. (IC Units Everywhere!)
02-01:
-20 Roll against SeC.
+5 Roll Bonus.
+70 Roll when fighting in Plaza. (IC Units Everywhere!)
OfC-DvL:
+20 Roll Against Citizens. (Does not stack with +10)
+10 Roll Bonus.
+80 Roll when fighting in Plaza. (IC Units Everywhere!)
SeC:
+20 Roll Bonus.
+90 Roll when fighting in Plaza. (IC Units Everywhere!)
+50 Roll Against Citizens. (Does not stack with +20).

Well constructed. I like the way you gave us roll bonuses, but not to the point of a certain death rather then a fight.
Secondly, the SeC wouldn't lose a Rct, Period. (May god protect those stupid, stupid people who fight the Sec)
And, on a light note, if the SeC fights the rebel leader, what happens ?

I think there should be a bonus for anybody that has a gun pointed at somebody, if the person in question is unarmed or hasn't taken their weapon out, it's ridiculous that people think they can roll their way out of having a weapon aimed right at them.

Just answeing your question, "What if the SeC fights the rebel leader?" Well, now, unfortunatly, Fox is both the SeC and leader of rebels. But, I know for a fact he likes KAYTOE, his rebel better, so KAYTOE would win.
