Regarding BMDs

I don't know how they worked before, but here's how they should work.

It takes OOC time to hand-make weapons. AKA you commit to that shit. And it'll take an OOC week to make 1 gun of your choice? That would prevent ass-spawning by a long shot, and provide more realism because, come on, the Union has a global policing system, delivering large quantities of weapons would be nigh impossible. People who know how to make them are a different story.

So to sum it up. You pay tokens for raw materials, and wait an OOC time (Predetermined) for your weapon.

Easier said then done, That'd take time to script.

I -support this for one, BMD's are closed due to ass-spawning, two, you don't need weapons or items to RP, and three, we have no rebels nor do we go on them enough to use BMD's.

I don't support it because from my understanding of the BMD faction, only players that have proven themselves to be good rpers are allowed to become BMDs anyway. You don't need to worry about that sort of person "Ass-Spawning" and if you do well... they shouldn't have been promoted in the first place.
