Who banned you (if you know who): I don't know his full in-game name
Your side of the story: There was a zombie invasion we were moving from place to place to escape, next thing you know some Combine come over and PK three of us for part of the event. We were told that we were going to be PKed when we all go outside the train station two Combine were waiting for us.
