Apply to become rouge?

I think we should add an application for rouges this is so we don't have so many people going rouge without OOC knowledge.
if units want it they need to apply for it so I came up with the following code.

Code:

(OOC)Why do you want to be rouge? (atleast 2 paragraphs):
What caused your unit to become rouge?(atleast  3 paragraphs):
Is your unit a high ranking unit Ex.DvL/OTA if so how did they become rouge explain (atleast 3 paragraphs):
Does your unit have any affiliations with the resistance? if so explain where he/she got in contact with the resistance?(Atleast 1 paragraph):

To answer this question, one, if we did have a rogue on the server without OOC knowledge (Let alone IC) there character would automatically get banned because they haven't talked to Fox or I about going rogue in the first place. Two, rogues are only for outland servers because the Nexus AI keeps track of all units, even if they go rogue, Nexus AI would alert all other units and that rogue would be killed for mental imperfection and Anti-Civil activity.
